Flights within Europe
On very short flights, we serve a fresh sandwich or sweet pastry with a drink in a handy bag. On most European flights, you’ll receive a deluxe meal box. Breakfast includes yogurt with granola, fruit, and a sweet or savory dish. For the rest of the day, the box contains an appetizer, cold salad, and dessert. On longer European flights, we add a warm sandwich, juice, or hot snack to your meal box. Drinks, coffee, or tea are always served after your meal. Feel free to ask our crew for an extra drink at any time!
Intercontinental KLM Flights
We welcome you in our World Business Class with a glass of champagne or jus d'orange. Throughout the flight, you can choose from a wide selection of hot and cold beverages via your menu or the list in your inflight entertainment system. Snacks are available at any time! Dinner features dishes created by Dutch top chefs and prepared with fresh ingredients. Start with a cold appetizer or soup, then choose one of the main dishes, paired with a glass of wine. End with your choice of dessert: something sweet or a cheese selection, served with a glass of port or dessert wine. We’ll offer you coffee and tea afterwards. On flights arriving early in the morning, we offer a sweet or savory breakfast featuring yoghurt, granola, various types of bread, and fruit.
What’s on the menu?
Every 3 months, we offer our World Business Class passengers a brand-new menu of dishes. Right now, you can choose an appetiser and main dish by De Librije, the only Dutch restaurant with 3 Michelin stars. These dishes will be accompanied by a range of carefully selected wines.
Starters
- Smoked salmon with white asparagus, dill cream, and hollandaise sauce, garnished with capers, poppy seeds, and pea shoots
- Thai red curry soup
Side dish
- Mesclun salad with pine nuts, sweet pepper drops, and olives, served with vierge olive oil
Main dishes
- Jambalaya prawns on a bobotie-style minced chicken tartlet with fondant potatoes, pickled red cabbage, and a coconut cream sauce
- Vegetarian okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake), served with steamed vegetable dim sum and Nishiki rice, a citrus-soy-pepper sauce, and Japanese mayonnaise
- Tasting of delicacies: massaman-style beef, crayfish cake, and spicy green beans with yellow curry sauce served with jasmine rice
Desserts
- Coconut mousse, pineapple crémeux, and speculoos chocolate garnished with hazelnut crunch
- Cheese plate with Beemster Royaal, blue cheese, and fenugreek cheese, served with raisins, pine nuts, grapes, and crackers

Pre-order your main dish
Flying intercontinentally from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol? On most routes, you can pre-order your main dish via My Trip or when booking your flight. Pre-order dishes include delicious meals such as a Caesar salad, cheese platter, or poke bowl. You can change your choice up to 24 hours before departure.
